The Hertz Corporation Car Sales Executive in Las Rozas (Madrid), Spain

Across Spain we employ around 300 people with over 15 different nationalities and we’re currently looking for a Car Sales Executive.

This position will be based in Madrid HQ.

Job Purpose

Perform vehicle sales through personal contacts, the Company and the Web.The key responsibilitiesandaccountabilities for the incumbent are to:

  • Identification and maintenance of potential buyers of semi-new vehicles: official dealers, purchases, privates.

Key Result Areas

  • Risk Fleet sales.

  • Find and attract new customers through different channels.

  • Advanced Sales: Agreeing sales subsequently materialize.

  • Maintenance and loyalty of existing customers in the area and foreign customers (Germany, France, Italy, Czech Republic and others.)

  • Preparation of offers.

  • Opportunities sales identifying.

  • Competitors tracking.

  • Relations with suppliers and other external companies

Knowledge, skills and experience

Educational Background:

  • A second European language is preferable although not essential.

  • Bachelor’s degree

Professional Experience:

  • 4 - 5 years of experience in rent a car companies, dealerships, leasing companies or manufacturers sectors.


  • Indispensable experience in selling second-hand vehicles.

  • Previous experience in multinational environment

  • High level of English spoken and written

  • French and German language is a plus/ desirable

  • Office (mainly Excel)
